Zollie M. Humphrey

Zollie Marie Holbert Humphrey of Rockford passed away 4 days shy of her 91st Birthday, surrounded by her loving husband, daughters, and a friend on August 31, 2010. Zollie was born September 4, 1919 in Allardt, Tennessee. Zollie was instrumental in helping her husband Estus in starting new churches in Ohio and also running their moving business. Preceded in death by: Parents, Roscoe & Fanny Dishmon Holbert; Sisters, Shirley Joyce Holbert & Gladys Irene Crockett; Brothers, James Robert and William Henry Holbert. Survivors include, Husband of almost 71 years, Estus John Humphrey; Daughters, Elaine McGinley of Louisville and Valerie Hendrix of Maryville; Sons-in-law, Julian “Sid�? McGinley and Tom Hendrix; Grandsons, Keith McGinley & wife Lisa of Maryville and Kent McGinley & wife Candy of Georgetown, SC; Step-Grandchildren, Rick Hendrix, Becky Hendrix, and Susan Curry; Great-Grandchildren, Marra, Olivia, Emma, & Sam McGinley. Celebration of Life and Birthday Party will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Willa Estell and Rev. Raymond Burnett officiating.
