W.T. Reed

W.T. Reed, 89, of Maryville, TN, went home to be with Jesus on 14 December 2024, surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Eunice Tipton Reed, and mother Birdie Barlow. Survived by daughter, Keyna Holder (Eric), Maryville. Son, Terry Reed (Elizabeth) Moshiem TN. Son, Jeff Reed (Terrie) Midlothian VA. Lilly (Tyler), Kalli, Marlee, Hailey, Destiney, and 5 other grandchildren. 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. W.T. was a 60 year mason and member of Rockford Lodge #469. He was a proud Sea-Bee in the United States Navy and member of Piney Level Baptist Church. A special thank you to his queens, Kelly Miller and Monica Espendez, who took such great care of him. Services will be held at Rio Revolution, 3419 East Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville. Receiving of friends will be on Friday, December 27th from 5pm to 7pm with funeral services at 7pm. Interment will be at Piney Level Missionary Baptist Church 3527 Piney Level Church Road, Maryville on Saturday, December 28th at 11am. Reverend John Lowe and Reverend George Macht officiating.
