William Dennis Satterfield

William Dennis Satterfield age 62 of Friendsville, left this earthly world to be with his heavenly Father on Thursday, February 2, 2012. He was a member of Laurel Bank Baptist Church. He retired after 37 years of service from Alcoa Aluminum Co. where he was a member of their 25-Year Club and continued working as a contractor for five years. Dennis was the proud founder and owner of B&D Sports now known as C&C Outdoors. He was preceded in death by: Father, Ernest Satterfield; Niece, Amanda Satterfield; Special Friend, Gary Lindsey. Survivors include: Loving wife of 44 years, Brenda Satterfield; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Tim & Kristy Satterfield and Brian & BJ Satterfield; Grandchildren, Tj, Dawson, Tucker of Greenback, Xavier, Lauren, Jordan & Robby of Maryville; Mother, Lola Satterfield of Maryville; Mother-in-law, Lela Bozeman of Maryville; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Sharon & Harold Kirkland of Blaine, TN and Shelia & Dean Bowers of Walland; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, JD & Tracy Satterfield and Doug & Donna Satterfield of Maryville; Brother, Doyle Satterfield; several nieces and nephews; Special friends & neighbors, Bill & Eleise Loope, Mike & Pepper Marcum, Rick & Traci Etherton, Ernie Freeman, and Mike & Shelia Vineyard. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Charles Bailey officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Chuck Young officiating. Pallbearers will be Kevin Clendenen, Doug, JD, Xavier & T.J. Satterfield, Mike & Barrett Marcum, Jacob Herron, and Cory Vineyard.
