Wanda Willanell Bradford Hunt Welch age 94 took Jesus’ hand and passed from this world to the glorious one promised to all those that have placed their faith in Jesus Christ on May 25, 2018. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church that she loved so much. She had a special place in her heart for Preacher Mike. Preceded in death by parents, Herbert H. Bradford and Jemima C. (Tunie) Bridges Bradford. 1st husband John David Hunt (killed in World War II in Germany), 2nd husband Oris Welch. Brothers, Herbert H. Bradford Jr and Brewster Bridges Bradford. She is survived by daughters Mary Sue Hunt Hicks and Sarah Betty Hunt (Don) Wear; Sons, Wendell Oris (Becky) Welch and Rodney Dale Welch. Sister Lois Bradford Childress Williams, six-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren. Family and friends will assemble for a graveside service and interment on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Reverend Mike Parker officiating.
