Ludwick, Vola Mae Crisp Boring departed this life on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 making her stay on earth 90 years, 3 months, and 8 days. She was a faithful member of New Providence Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: Husbands, Roy Boring & Eugene Ludwick; Parents, Jess & Jane Crisp; Brothers, Fred, Lee, Leonard Crisp; Sisters, Lena Swaney, Stella Chambers, Ruth Chambers; Sons, George, Frank, and Jackie Boring; Daughter, Rosetta Powers; Grandson, Paul Boring; Son-in-law, Chester Purvis. Left to morn her passing: Sons, Coy and JT Boring; Daughters, Belle Purvis and Katherine Piatt; Stepson, Wilson Ludwick; Stepdaughter, Gloria Boyer; Three Step-Granddaughters; Two Step-Grandsons; One Sister, Candis Smith; 38 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; Caregiver and special friends, Diana Hinderlight. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 20, 2007 at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Tommy Boring officiating. Interment will follow at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Friday, January 19, 2007, Smith Mortuary, Maryville, 865-983-1000.
