Virginia Dodson Noel age 88 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, June 03, 2009 at the family home. She was a member of Friendsville First Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Robert & Sarah Dodson; Son-in-law, Glen McCulloch; 8 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors include: Husband, Robert (Bob) Noel; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Frances & Leon Staciokas of Ogden, Utah and Sharon & Ed Cheatham of Vonore; Grandchildren, Stephen Kerr & wife Lisa of Maryville and David Staciokas & wife Jennifer of Dallas, TX; Extended family members, Daniel & Christy Franklin of Knoxville. Special thanks to: Caregivers, Edna Blankenship, Kathryn Tallent, Regina Morgan, Robbie Carnes, Loretta Brewer, Melanie Steele, and Leona Johnson. The family would like to thank Blount Memorial Hospice, Dr. Bryan Thompson, Rev. Mark Grubb, and church family for all their help and kindness. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Friday, June 5, 2009 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Mark Grubb officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
