Vicki J. Sullivan age 47, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by: Father, Ed Lale; Grandmothers, Meda Lale and Helen Tuttle; Grandfathers, Carl Anderson, Horace Lale, Ora Tuttle; Aunt, Sharon Hulse; Uncle, Robert Anderson. Survivors include: Son, Trevor Sullivan; Daughter & Son-in-law, Karli & Nate McReynolds; Grandchildren, Kylie & Holdyn Banks, and Dixie Victoria Jean McReynolds who was a precious gift from God on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, and Ashton Sullivan; Mother, Anna Lale; Brother & Sister-in-law, Scott & JoAnn Lale; Niece, Lilyann Lale; Nicole Lale; Nephew, Cameron Lale; Brother & Sister-in-law, Ed & Rita Lale; Nieces and nephews, many cousins; Special friend, Jason Fox. We want to thank the doctors and nurses in the E.R. and SICU and also the volunteers for all the compassion and kindness that they all showed us. They made our loss just a little easier to bear.
