Vicki Gaul

Vicki Bridges Gaul age 53 of Townsend, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was a member of Maryville First Baptist Church. She was one of the original faculty members of Fort Craig School of Dynamic Learning. She dedicated her life to helping children and adults with communication disorders. She served on the Board of Directors for The Blount Hearing and Speech Foundation. She was a 31 year member of the American Speech & Hearing Association. In addition, she provided home health services for adults. Preceded in death by: Father, Arnie Paul Bridges. Survivors include: Husband, William J. Gaul; Children, Phillip Paul Gaul, Melissa Fulkerson, Anna Gaul, and William Andrew Gaul; Eight Grandchildren, Ethan Fulkerson, Ryan Fulkerson, Andrew Fulkerson, Analise Gaul, Zoe Gaul, Lola Gaul, Riley Gaul, and Caje Gaul; Mother, Ruth Ann Bridges; Sister and Brother-in-law, Teresa & Dwight Roop; Nephews, Wesley Roop and Stephen Roop; Special friends, Andy & Bobbie Beckmann and Suzi Wade. Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 PM, Sunday, May 18, 2008 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Funeral & Cremation Service followed by a funeral service at 5:00 pm. with Dr. David Sharp and Rev. Steve Nelson officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 AM, Monday, May 19, 2008 at Highland Memorial Cemetery for the interment.
