Verna J. Seastrand

Seastrand, Verna J. age 71 of Maryville passed away Monday, December 4, 2006 at her home. She was a member of the Committee that started Colts Neck Women's Club. She was in charge of the Colts Neck Fireman's Fair Entertainment during the late 1960's and early 1970's. She went on to co-found Showcase Realty Agency in Colts Neck, NJ where she lived for 44 years. She worked side by side with her husband, Walter in Neptune News Delivery from 1973 to 2005. She was a member of Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Colts Neck, NJ. She moved in 2005 to Tennessee to be with her family. Survivors include: Beloved husband of 45 years, Walter B. Seastrand; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Verni & John Russell of Greenback and Kerri & Dwane Roach of Maryville; Three Step-sons, Walter B. Seastrand & wife Marilyn of Boise, ID, Jeff Seastrand & wife Cookie of NJ, and Peter W. Seastrand & wife Eileen of NY; 11Grandchildren; 8 Great-Grandchildren. No services are scheduled at this time.
