Theadore George Trohanowsky, age 77 of Maryville, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Ted was a proud US Navy veteran who served his country for 22 years. Ted’s tours of duty included the Underwater Demolition Team, Helicopter Search & Rescue Squadron, Ship Commissioning, and much more. Ted was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tatiana and Metro Trohanowsky; parents, Helen and George W. Black; wife, Delores Ann Trohanowsky; and daughter, Sharon Cable. Ted is survived by his brother, Johnny Black; sister, Cyndie Schultz; daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Danny Washam; grandchildren, Cory Cable and Rachel Stiner and husband, Roy Stiner; son-in-law, Pete Cable; great grandchild, Bella Stiner; niece, Kristie F. Brewer; and several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:30 pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023 in the Smith West Chapel with Rev. Greg Long officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum for Entombment service with Military Honors.
