Teresa Kay Houk Sutton

Teresa Kay Houk Sutton, age 38, of Maryville, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 30, 2011. She was born January 23, 1973 in Maryville, TN, attended Heritage High School, and graduated from Knoxville Business College where she received her legal certificate; Member of East Maryville Baptist ChurchShe was preceded in death by her infant son, Phillip David Ewing; paternal grandparents, Wilson and Augusta Houk; maternal grandparents, Vernon and Genia Millsaps; and cousin, Dwayne Greg Millsaps; She is survived by her husband, Donald Joshua Sutton; children, Cody, Haley, and Jesse Ewing. Parents, Grady and Dean Houk; sister, Lisa Houk White and husband Scott; niece and nephew, Cory and Kaci White; and mother-in-law, Sheila Sutton, all of Maryville; Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Keith Johnson and Rev. David Webster officiating. The family and friends will assemble on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
