Suzanne Hancock Siegfried

Suzanne Hancock Siegfried age 65 of Vonore passed away Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She loved quilting, cooking, gardening, growing African Violets, and animals especially St. Bernard’s. Suzanne lived in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia for 20 years where she taught quilting classes and was a member the Quilting Guild. She worked for Aramco in Dhahran for 8 years in the Housing and Information Center. Preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher and Evelyn Hancock. Survivors include her husband of 48 ½ years, Roland Siegfried; son, Timothy Siegfried of Vonore; daughter, Kelly Siegfried of Brownsville, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Rich Frostell of Vonore; grandchildren, David Aplin, Thomas Aplin, Christopher McCain, Kelsey McCain, and Austin Siegfried; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Patty Hancock of KY, Mike and Brenda Hancock of KY, John and Cecelia Hancock of CO.
