Sun Yo Chitwood-Jenkins

Sun Yo Chitwood-Jenkins, 68, of Maryville, went to be with the Lord early Monday morning, Aug. 15. 2016. Born in Seoul, Korea, She enjoyed cooking, fishing, camping, gardening, Church, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones and family. She retired from Walmart in 2014, after 15 yrs. of service as a Deli and Dairy associate. She was an amazingly loving mother, friend, and care-giver. She is preceded by her granddaughter, Makiya Brionna Sue Chitwood (Marion, IN), and her Daughter-in-Law, Virgalene L. Harrison-Chitwood (Maryville). She is survived by her two sons, James M. 'Marc' Chitwood, and Robert J. 'Tony' Chitwood, (both of Maryville). Her 'adopted' son, Richard L. 'Ricky' Brown (Maryville), her life partner, John M. Jenkins (Fontana, NC) and her grandchildren, Damiean M. Chitwood (Maryville), Aubrionna C. Perkins, Korbin D. Perkins, Chloe N. Chitwood, Lillian R. Chitwood, Kylie A. Brown, and Torrie L. Brown (all of Marion, IN). Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Friday, August 19, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Coy Adams officiating.
