Williams, Shirley Jean Franklin age 52 of Palmetto, GA, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2007 at her home. Preceded in death by: Father, Raymond Franklin. Survivors include: Husband, Kenneth Williams; Son, Kenneth Seth Williams; Daughter, Shelsea Williams all of Palmetto, GA; Mother, Elizabeth Franklin of Maryville; Brother and Sister-in-law, David & Pat Franklin of Charleston, SC; Sisters and Brothers-in-law, Anna Raye & Jim Mitchell of St. Louis, Florence & Sunny Hurst of Maryville, and Evelyn & Peter Kissinger of St. Joseph, MI.
