Sara Ruth Headrick

Sara Ruth Headrick age 89 of Townsend, TN passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. She was a lifelong member of Bethel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, William Neal Headrick; Parents, Porter & Hester Patty; 2 infant siblings; Brother & Sister-in-law, Billy & Joyce Patty. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Patsy & Monte Walker; Grandson, Doug Walker; Brother & Sister-in-law, James & Lois Patty; several nieces and nephews.
