Sandy Lee Scivally

Sandy Lee Scivally, age 69 of Maryville, TN, went to Heaven on Tuesday, November 20, 2022. Sandy had been a Christian for many years. She was a mother, wife, grandma, and great grandma. Sandy was born in Rockford, Illinois on October 21, 1953. When she was five years old, she moved to South Gate, CA. She met the love of her life, William Scivally, at the age of 15 years old. They did a lot of traveling in their 49 years of marriage. She then moved to Rockford, Illinois in 1986, and finally to Maryville, Tennessee in 2016. Sandy’s favorite thing to do was to vacation at Walt Disney World with her family. Some of her best memories were having holidays with the family. “We always had lots of homemade cooked food and lots of fun.” She also quoted “Don’t be sad. I want everyone to know that today I will be having a party in Heaven with Bill, Mark, my mom, my dad and Jesus.” Preceded in death by her husband, William Scivally; her son, Mark Scivally; her mother, Jeanette Cates; and her father, Cecil Cates. She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Jackson (Rick), Joanne Thomas (Robert); six grandchildren, Britney Jackson, Kian Jackson, Kaley Jackson, Sandy Thomas, Bentley Thomas, Ella Thomas; one great grandchild, Asher Williams; sister, Janie Withrow (Michael); and nephews. The family will have a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Hampton Hall, 1410 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803.
