Joynes, Ruth Geigan age 83 of Maryville passed away Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. Preceded in death by: Husband, Donald Joynes; Daughter, Ruth Fields; Parents, John & Ruth Geigan. Survivors include: Son and Daughter-in-law, James & Eleanor Sikes; Grandchildren, Angela Davis & husband Steve, John Sikes and wife Jody, James K. Sikes Jr. & wife Lori, Susan Reese; Eight great-grandchildren; Brother, Ronald Geigan of Baltimore, MD; Niece, Mildred Chesser of Baltimore, MD; Special friend, Jane Finch of Maryville. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Monday, November 6, 2006 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary. Interment will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Grandview Cemetery.
