Ruby Nell McSpadden

Ruby Nell McSpadden, age 88, of Maryville, went home to be in peace with The Lord Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Asbury Place of Maryville. Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Ollie McSpadden; parents, Louis and Bertha Cantrell; brothers, Amos and wife Marie and Clemet; sisters, Elsie Justice and husband Red, Pauline Bradley and husband Bob, Hazel Sloan and husband J.C.; brother-in-law, J.B. Richesin. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Lisa McSpadden; Gandchildren, Marideth Thomas and husband Kevin, Craig McSpadden and fiancé Desiree Farmer and family, Haley, Cayden, and Jocelyn; sister, Ruth Richesin; sister-in-law, Lelia Cantrell; Special grand-puppy, Grizzly; Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews. She was a lifelong seamstress, finishing her career making custom drapery as an interior designer with many houses showcased in the parade of homes. Interment will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grandview Cemetery. Funeral service will be at 7:00p.m. on Sunday with Pastor Jim Malone officiating.
