Rowena L. Hamilton

Rowena L. Hamilton age 100 passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was lovingly known by all as “mother.” Rowena was 100 years old with a clear mind and warm heart. Preceded in death by: Love of her life, her husband, Fate Hamilton; Grandson, Ronald Ogle II and Grand-daughter, Tammi Ogle; Brothers, Midas, Gaylord, and Glenn Lambdin; Sister, Lucille Lambdin Taylor. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Bobby & Gypsy Hamilton; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Barclay & Ron Ogle and Barbara & James McGhee; Grandchildren, Debbie & Jeremy Waldroop, Jackie Amburgey, and Julie & Rob Daugherty; 9 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Foraker “Buck” Lambdin; Sister-in-law, Icie Myers; Grand-Daughter-in-law, Robin Ogle. Special Friend, Sylvia Ramsay. Family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 12:30 PM with Rev.
