Ronald Lee Wright Jr. “Big Ron” age 51 of Maryville, originally from Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Ronald was a member of Kagley’s Chapel Baptist Church. He worked for the United States Postal Service and was adored by his daughters and wife. Preceded in death by: daughter, Lindy Mae Wright. Survivors include: wife of 24 years, Lori Wright; daughter, Laurel Wright (Wes Lunsford); honorary daughter, Cassie Miles; parents, Ronnie and Carol Ruth; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Bernard and Judy Gladden; grandmothers, Della Ruth, “mamaw” Erma Gourley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rhonda and Sam Brown, Lisa and Travis Bailey; brother-in-law, Bernie (Jennifer) Gladden; nieces and nephews, Taylor Kingsbury, Tre Brown, Jace, Jayla, Jordyn, Jenna Bailey, Max Gladden; special friends, Trent Moses, Jason Vincil, Tim Moser, Buddy McConkey. A man who always put his family first and spoiled his girls with love. His handsome smile with those big dimples could light up a room. Big Ron had a heart bigger then he was. Family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Darrell Millsaps officiating.
