Ronald Taft Welch

Ronald T. Welch, age 79 of Maryville, TN passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016. Ron was an avid archer and bow hunter, involved with Smoky Mountain Archers and Bow hunters Pro shop in Maryville, TN. He was a member of Fairview Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his father, Harley; mother, Eula Welch; stepfather, Leon Sharp; son, Mark Stephen Welch. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, June Welch; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew Lynn and Rene Welch; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ronda and Jason Blaylock, Tracy and Chris Bolling; grandchildren, Luke, Adam, and Josh Welch, Sara Bramwell, Susan Hofheimer, Natasha Carter, Kaitrin and Kenzie Bolling; many great-grandchildren and numerous close friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Grandview Cemetery for interment.
