Robin Adams Perkins age 52 of Maryville passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She attended Six Mile Baptist Church and worked at Schlegel/BTR until they closed. Preceded in death by: Grandmother, Rheuia Rose Birchfield; Grandfather, David Flem Birchfield; Infant Son, Shawn Adams, Husband Leonard Perkins; Step-Father, Donald Hobbs; Brother, Michael Johnson. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Chris & Hollie Adams; Daughter, Kristi Adams; Granddaughter, Hannah Adams; Mother, LaWanda Birchfield Hobbs; Father, Ronald Alberson; Sister, Rhonda Barker Perkins; Aunt, Ebby Brantley; Uncle, Flem Alan Birchfield; Special friend, Robert “Bob�? Higgins; Cousin, Rene Gifford; Niece and Nephews, Derrick & Ashley Coatney. Funeral service will be at 4:00 PM, Sunday, April 15, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Bill White officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 16, 2012 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment.
