Roberta Helen Malcomb

Roberta Helen Malcomb, age 88, of Maryville, Tennessee and formerly of Owenton, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Fairpark Nursing Home, Maryville Tennessee. Roberta was born March 27, 1925 in Owen County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Lewis and Jennie Beverly. Roberta worked at a munitions plant during World War II, and a house wife and mother of two sons. Preceded in death by: husband, George E. Malcomb; brother, Chester Beverly; sister, Lutie Florence Tharp. She is survived by: son and daughter-in-law, Ronald Malcomb and his wife Mildred of Mobile, Alabama; son, Gregory Clark Malcomb of Maryville, Tennessee; grandson, George W. Malcomb of Mobile, Alabama; granddaughter, Niki Malcomb of Maryville, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
