Robert Gary Lindsey

Robert “Gary” Lindsey, 74, passed from this world January 7, 2022. Born on January 8, 1947, he was the son of the late William & Betty Lindsey. Preceded in death by: daughter, Deanna Kay Glandon. Gary was a 1965 graduate of Heritage High School. He was a dedicated member of the Louisville Christan Church and was active in serving it through the years. Outdoors was where you would find Gary in his spare time. He loved gardening and seeing things grow and taking trips on his cycle with wife and friends. Earlier years would always find him in the mountains, hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. Later years, many family picnics were enjoyed there. Gary is survived by: Wife of 55 years, JoAnn; Grandson, William Nathan Glandon; Granddaughters, Lindsay Brooke and husband James McTaggart; Great-Grandchildren, Racheal, Taylor and Rylan McTaggart; Brother, William E. Lindsey & wife June; many cousins. Everyone loved him dearly! Family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:15, Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Smith East Hall.
