Robert (Bob) Keeble

Robert (Bob) Keeble age 94 of Walland passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Oak View Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of World War II serving in Guam as a Seabee and craneman. Robert was an avid fox hunter and his love of music took him to the Rocky Branch Community Center. He enjoyed going to the Alcoa Union Hall. Preceded in death by: Wife, Sarah Ruth Keeble; Parents, Martha & Sam Keeble; Eleven brothers and sisters; Son-in-law, Charlie Moore; Grandson, Rusty McKenry. Survivors include: Sons & Daughters-in-law, Randall & Herta Keeble of VA and Dana & Jackie Keeble of Maryville; Daughters & Son-in-law, Geraldine & Bob McKenry of Walland and Sheila Moore of Greenville, TN; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Glenn Gamble officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2:30 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Highland South on Chapman Hwy. for the interment.
