Robert N. Edmondson

Edmondson, Robert (Bob) N. age 85 of Maryville passed away Sunday, August 27, 2006 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. He served 3 years as a Marine in the South Pacific in World War II and was also a member of the New Providence Masonic Lodge. He was a life time farmer and member of Dotson Memorial Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Brother, Glenn Edmondson; Parents, Robert & Tressie. Survivors include: Wife, Frances Edmondson; Son, Ronnie Edmondson of Greenback; Son & Daughter-in-law, Larry & Wanda Edmondson of Greenback; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Pam & Ron Davis of Maryville and Debbie & Steve White of Hickory, NC; Grandchildren, Eric Edmondson, Wendy Tittsworth, Kurt Davis, Reid Davis, Chelsey Kirby, Corey Edmondson; Four Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Betty Curtis of Maryville and Alyeen Benson of Friendsville; several loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, August 29, 2006 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Tyson McKeehan officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
