Robert Frank Davis “Robby” of Knoxville, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017. He was the son of George and Patsy Davis of Oak Ridge, TN. He served in the US Navy for 10 years and worked at the University of Tennessee for over 30 years. Services will be held at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. Gov. John Sevier Hwy. Knoxville, TN, on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Donations can be made on the behalf of the deceased to the Veterans Cemetery.
