Robert Douglas Blankenberg age 69 of Maryville, formerly of Mobile, AL, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Select Specialty, Fort Sanders. He retired from ALCOA and was an avid Alabama Football fan. Preceded in death by: Parents, Fred & Ruth Blankenberg and one sister, Jackie Hamby. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Heather & Michael Norton and his granddaughter, Addyson Norton; Best Friend & Caregiver, Angela Gilbert; Son, John Blankenberg; Brothers, Fred Blankenberg and Herbert Blankenberg; Sister & Brother-in-law, Vicky & Ronnie Turner.
