Richard Wayne Stooksbury, age 78 of Greenback, went to be with the Lord Monday morning April 15, 2019 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Springview Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: parents, Ralph & Ruth Stooksbury; brother, Ricous Stooksbury of GA. Survivors include: Wife, Mary J. (Janie) Kagley Stooksbury; sisters, Rowena Ford, Phyllis England, Janet O’Conner and “the kids”; friends and neighbors. Family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:30 PM, Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 PM.
