Raymond Beasley

Raymond Beasley age 83 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at home. He was a member of Lower Chilhowee Baptist Church. Raymond retired from Water Works in Dayton, Ohio after 30 years of service. Preceded in death by: Wife of 55 years, Maggie Jane Beasley; Parents, Joseph & Florence Beasley; Sisters, Thelma Morrow, Ollie and Betty Lou. Survivors include: Daughters, Phyllis Scholes of Maryville, Carolyn Tallent & husband Ronnie of Seymour, Gladis Lunsford & husband J.C. of Murphy, NC, and Robin Singer & husband Ron of Dayton, OH; Son, Matthew of Maryville; Grandchildren, Travis Bookout, Missy Gregg, Valerie Bradshaw, Jennifer Gutierrez, Amanda Kohorst, Tiffany Singer; 13 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Hudson Beasley, Perlene Beasley, and Gifford Beasley & wife Shelia all of NC; Sisters, Margie Anderson, Iva Lee Turpin, Eva Nell Turpin & husband Beecher, Katherine Crane & husband Ronald all of NC; Special friends, Jimmy and Molene Baldwin, Patsy Jones & family, Christine Radford and family and more. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Friday, March 2, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Jim Beasley and Rev. Billy Wilson officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Calderwood Cemetery.
