Ralph E. Tindell

Ralph E. Tindell of Maryville passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Louisville Christian Church and former member of Meadowbrook Christian Church. He retired from ALCOA with 32 years of service and was a member of their 25 Year Club. Ralph was the former owner of Blount Garbage Service. He was a US Army Veteran and in the Naval Reserve for four years, life member of NRA, and a former member of Little T4-Wheeler Club. Ralph was an avid Tri-5 Chevrolet Classic Car Collector enthusiast. He loved camping, jeeping, boating and hiking. Preceded in death by: Parents, Virgil & Virgie Tindell. Survivors include: Wife of 56 years, Margaret E. Tindell; Son & Daughter-in-law, Paul & Angel Tindell; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Regina & Roger Jennings and Kimberly & Leonard “Porky” Inman; Grandchildren, Bethany (Tim) Spurlock, Ben (Leslie) Stone, Amanda (Philip) Little, Cory Tindell, Bradley Tindell, Mason Tindell; Great-Grandchildren, Hunter, L.T., and Sophia; Sister, Vida (George) Maples. Celebration of Life will be from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Thursday, July 26, 2018 at The Life Event Center with Pastor Bob Kastens officiating.
