R. Sam Lowry

R. Sam Lowry, age 67 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member and pianist of Alcoa First United Methodist Church. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by: Wife, Cheri Underwood Lowry on January 20, 2005. Survivors include: Children, Lori L. Lory, Daun M. Lowry-Mullins, Brook Lowry, Kristen Lowry; Grandchildren, Kristen Nicole Miller, Brandon G. Hodges, Justin S. Hodges, Danni Hezel, Becca Hezel, Gabriella Hodges, Dakota Hodges, Carter Hodges, and Kierra Alexis Lynn Hodges. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Alcoa First United Methodist Church with Rev. Joe Green officiating.
