Phyllis Gurley

Phyllis Gurley, 73, of Maryville, a devoted mother and an amazing wife, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 25, 2011 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on August 5, 1938, in Chicago, IL, to the late Joseph and Bernice Belardinelli. Survived by her husband, Robert Gurley; Sister, Joan (Frank) Mackett of Antioch, IL. Phyllis had five children, Karen (Randy) Hall of Michigan City, IN, Mark (Amy) Beckette of Frisco, TX, Mathew (Lynne) Beckette of Leesburg, FL, Patty (Dan) Grams of Michigan City, IN, and Sandra Worley of Madisonville, TN; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. She loved to cross-stitch and make blankets for her family. She enjoyed her humming birds and loved her gardening. She loved life and will be greatly missed by all she touched.
