Phyllis Roselee Atchley

Phyllis Roselee Atchley of Townsend, TN born April 23, 1936 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2019 after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer ’s disease. Preceded in death by: Husband, Harold Dwight Atchley; Mother, Rose Stinnett; Father, Joe Stinnett; Grandson, Travis Webb; eight siblings. She was the great-granddaughter of Will Walker of Tremont. Her descendants were part of the original settlers in Townsend. She enjoyed running her family business, Atchley Cabins, in Townsend with her husband and children. She was known for her exceptional southern hospitality and her many travels to her Florida home with her family. Phyllis was also known for her generosity and her undying faith in her Savior Jesus Christ. Survivors include: Daughter, Debbie Wilbourn & husband John; granddaughters, Sarah (Brett)Stahl, Elizabeth Wilbourn, Rachel (Carey) Mobley, Lydia (Jared) Koogler; Sons, Rick Atchley and Luke Atchley; granddaughters, Mikkie Atchley; Daughter, Tammi Atchley Boone; granddaughters, Tamara (Cory) Phillips and Olivia Boone; Daughter, Sherri (Russell) Spencer; grandsons, Breven (Kim) Spencer and Ross Spencer; Daughter, Pat (Michael) Webb; Sister, Bobbie (Jim) Webb; thirteen great-grandchildren.
