Phyllis Elaine Alexander age 61 of Glasgow, KY passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was Co-Owner of Glamor on the Greenway. Her favorite hobby was spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents, Arthur Hall Cannon and Vera Imogene Cannon; Grandson, Jaydn Cox; Former Husband, Kenneth Bruce Ballinger. Survivors include: Sons & Daughters-in-law, Joshua Brian Alexander (Heather), Vincent Bruce Ballinger, and Denny Earl Ballinger; Daughters, Melissa Ballinger and Julia Brooks; Grandchildren, Krysta Knight, Amber Roy, Mason Ballinger, Jessica Ballinger, Heather Ballinger, Marissa Ballinger, Braleigh Alexander, and Mia Ballinger; Great-Grandchildren, Kaiden Knight, Jason Knight, Lena Knight, Lucien Roy; Brothers, Walter Cannon, Wayne Cannon, and Kendall Cannon; Sister, Judy Carney; Special friends, Rich & Claire Boggs and Randall Alexander. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Friday, September 23, 2016 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Smith West Chapel. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, Glasgow, KY.
