Peggy Faye Davis

Peggy Davis passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at her home in Alcoa, TN. She was a dedicated volunteer, donating eleven years of her life to the Manna Outreach Ministries of Alcoa Maryville Church of God, where she was a longtime member. Preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Thelma Jackson; brothers, Tommy Jackson and Ed Jackson; sisters, Mildred Daugherty and Joyce Miller. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Roy C. Davis of Alcoa; daughter, Terri Carnival; granddaughter, Nicole Carnival; and niece, Debbie Al-Aseer. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. A lunch reception and time of fellowship will take place at 12:00 PM in the Smith Life Event Center. A Celebration of Peggy’s life will be held at 1:00 PM in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Hershal Baker and Rev. Hugh McGarity officiating. Interment services to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Alcoa Highway.
