Pauline Cooper Waters

Pauline "Polly" Cooper Waters age 91 of Greenback went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Niles Ferry Baptist Church and a resident of Greenback for more than 50 years. Preceded in death by: Parents, Wiley, Sr. and Della Cooper; Brothers, Carl Cooper, John Cooper, Wiley Cooper Jr.; Sister, Frances Bailey; Two infant sisters; Father-in-law, & Mother-in-law, Jeff & Susie Waters. Survivors include: Husband of 69 years, Fred H. Waters; Sisters, Wanda Henderson & husband Troy of Maryville and Maxine Hester of Michigan; Sister-in-law, Ocie Cooper of Maryville; Caregivers, Brenda Teffeteller, Inez Rollins, and James & Nancy Devine; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Friday, September 5, 2008 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Alvin Patton officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 6, 2008 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
