Paul L. Hamilton

Paul L. Hamilton age 82 of Rockford passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Shannondale of Maryville. He was born in Tellico Plains and was a member of Central Point Baptist Church. Paul was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was an avid fisherman and a retired barber with 60 years of service in Maryville. Paul served as minister of music at several different churches. Preceded in death by: Parents, Sudie H. & Athel Hamilton. Survivors include: Wife of 61 years, Betty Hamilton; Daughter & Son-in-law, Gail H. & Cleve Porter; Son & Daughter-in-law, Gary Hamilton & Crystal Hammontree; Grandson, Luke Hamilton; Great-Granddaughter, Asabel Hamilton; Great-Grandson, Connor Hamilton; Brother & Sister-in-law, Charles & Burness Hamilton; Sister, Clara Holt; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Chris Cupp officiating. Private family only entombment will be at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel.
