Patricia Kate Elrod

Patricia Kate Elrod, age 81 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at her home. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will missed by all that loved her. Preceded in death by husband, Edward “Rod” Elrod; parents, Homer and Dorothy Jones; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and Bob Stephens, Marie and Adolph Cable, Ruby Crye, Charlotte and Bob Squires; brother, J.R. Jones; sister-in-law, Wanda Jones; brother-in-law, Jr. Boone. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Cheri Elrod; granddaughters, Lyndsey Cross (Tyler) , Laney Grace Ayers (Alex); great-grandchildren, Knox and Evey Grace Cross; brother, Carl Jones; brothers-in-law, Charles Crye; Venton Thomas (Carleen); sister-in-law, Yvonne Boone, many special nieces and nephews. The family would like to offer special thanks to Renee Young for the special care that she gave during this time. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 PM Monday, November 20, 2023 at Smith Trinity Chapel. The Funeral Service will be at 2:30 PM with Rev. Tommy Self officiating.
