South, Orvil Dwight age 87 of Maryville passed away Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the family home. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Maryville. Preceded in death by: Wife, Sarah Elizabeth South. Survivors include: Daughter and Son-in-law, Cindy & Jim Murphy of Friendsville, TN; Grandchildren, Michael Murphy and Sarah Murphy; Sister and Brother-in-law, Marcelle and Franklin Richter of Dothan, AL; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 18, 2006 at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Brenda Carroll and Rev. Joe Green officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: First United Methodist Church of Alcoa Building Fund.
