Odene Thacker Sutton

Odene (Thacker) Sutton age 93 of Maryville passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at Asbury Place in Maryville. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Sutton; parents; three brothers; 2 sisters. Survivors include her son Steven Sutton; sisters, Mary Kay Woodall and Ida Byrd; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2011 in the Smith Chapel with Rev. Danny Davis officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment. Family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 983-1000.
