Norma Jean Carrigan

Norma Jean Carrigan age 83 of Maryville passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Norma was a Tribal Elder and voting member of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Nation. She loved her family especially her grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents, Homer and Ruby Tallent; Brother, Johnny Tallent; Sister, Maxine Keeble. Survived by: Husband of 65 years, Eddie Carrigan; Son and Daughter-in-law, Phillip and Casey Carrigan; Grandchildren, Noah Carrigan, Evan Carrigan, Lucille Carrigan and Theodore Carrigan; Sister and Brother-in-law, Linda and Don Hafley; several nieces and nephews.
