Nanette Giffin Myers

Nanette Giffin Myers, age 90 of Townsend, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Nanette was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for over 70 years and she was a member of the last graduating class of Knoxville High School in 1950. Preceded in death by her 1^st husband, Luke Myers Jr.; 2^nd husband, Harry Myers; daughter, Becky Simpson; mother, Lennis Giffin; brother, Gordon Giffin. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Jerilyn Myers; daughter, Karen Myers; grandchildren, Luke (Andrea) Myers, Charles (Erin) Myers, Becky Myers; great-grandchildren, Holly, Anderson, Merritt, Harry; stepchildren, Roy and Kay Myers and family, Don and Amber Webb and family. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations can be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 475 Bethel Church Rd, Townsend, TN 37882 or Appalalachian Bear Rescue, P. O. Box 364, Townsend, TN 37882. Family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Monday, February 6, 2023 at Bethel Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM with Rev. Larry Overton officiating.
