Nancy Lee Hill

Nancy Lee Hill age 61 of Maryville went home to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer Tuesday, October 6, 2009. She was a devoted and faithful Christian and member of Mountain View Baptist Church where she enjoyed playing the piano. Nancy loved the Lord, her church, her husband, her children and grandchildren. She worked in the cafeteria at Heritage Middle School for the past 8 years and enjoyed watching her grandkids play sports. Preceded in death by: Parents, Charles & Edith Parrott; Aunt & Uncle, Tip & Maude Grizzle; Grandparents, Ed & Hattie Farmer Grizzle. Survivors include: Husband of 42 years, Rev. Harrison Hill; Daughter & Son-in-law, Charlene & Brent Bailey; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Duane & Lorrie Hill of Maryville and Darrell & Lori Hill of Maryville; Grandchildren, Eric, Ryan, Megan, Brady, Parker, Austin, Riley, Anthony, Addison; Sisters-in-law & Brothers-in-law, Lucille Harkleroad, Dora & Obie Campbell, Julia Goins, Ronnie & Velma Hill, Ruth & Allen Jones, Henrietta Hill, Sharon Hill, Eddie & Phyllis Hill; very special Uncle & Aunt, Mack & Glena Grizzle; 1st Cousins, Kenny & Ginny Nipper and Harriet & John Hartman, Gary Grizzle; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Harrison Hill and Rev. Duane Hill officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 9, 2009 at Grandview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Eric Hill, Ryan Hill, Austin Hill, Riley Hill, Brady Hill, Parker Hill, Anthony Hitch, Addison Hitch.
