Nancy Jane De La Rosa age 74 of Alcoa, TN passed away Monday, November 4, 2013 at the family home. Preceded in death by: Parents, Edgar & Zenawee Perkins; Son, Oscar De La Rosa Jr.; Brother, R.C. Perkins. Survivors include: Husband of 53 years, Oscar De La Rosa; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Patricia & Kevin Kyle, Carmela Seebach, and Rhonda & Max Waugh; 10 Grandchildren; 19 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Herman & Bess Perkins and Richard & Ann Perkins; Sisters, Opal Willbanks and Barbara Dunlap; Sister-in-law, Patricia Perkins; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Smith Chapel with Rev. Doug Hayes officiating. Family and friends will assemble for inurnment at 11:30 AM, Friday, November 8, 2013 at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway.
