Mildred Jean Lay age 89 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Asbury Place. Preceded in death by: Mother, Pearl Lyons; Father, Harrison Lyons; Brother, Larry Lyons; Sister, Wanda Campbell. Survivors include: Husband, Arley Lay; Daughter, Ann Shinpaugh Sergi; Sons, Danny Shinpaugh and Jerry Shinpaugh; Granddaughter, Leslie Patty; Grandsons, Heath Shinpaugh, Rusty Shinpaugh, Gabe Shinpaugh, & Clay Shinpaugh; Great-Grandchildren, Nikki Warren, Jackson Patty, Kyleigh Shinpaugh, Liam Shinpaugh, & Lukus Shinpaugh; Great-Great-Granddaughter, Ava Warren; Sisters, Sandra Miller & Jerry Moneymaker. Family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:30 PM, Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 1:30 PM with Pastor Herschell Baker officiating.
