David Sherwood age 54 of Maryville passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the family home. He worked at Grandview Cemetery for over 30 years of service. Preceded in death by: Dad, Robert Sherwood Jr.; Brother, Donald Sherwood; Sister, Elizabeth Lankford. Survivors include: Wife of 29 years, Jama Sherwood; Son, Josh Sherwood; Grandchildren, Paisley Sherwood and Jackson Schaeffer; Mother, Mary Ruth Sherwood; Brothers, Howard Sherwood and Ronald Sherwood & wife Patsy; Sisters, Bonnie Sherwood, Joyce Alexander, Betty Hawkins & husband Kent; several nieces and nephews; Special friends, Kenneth & Teresa Pilkington. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM with Rev. Rex Everett officiating.
