Melissa Blair

Melissa Dawn Blair born March 23, 1971 went to be with our Lord November 2, 2008. She attended Oakland Missionary Baptist Church. She was a kind, giving, and caring person - a good loving Christian wife and mother. She thought of others before herself. She was a wonderful daughter and sister. She was loved by all that knew her and she will be deeply missed by all. Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Helen & Marion McMillan, Uncle, James McMillan. She is survived by: Husband of 18 years, Kenneth Blair; Children, Rachel & Tyler; Parents, Darrell & Brenda Cooke, Dennis & Sandy Warwick; Father and Mother-in-law, John & Ellen Blair; Sister and Brother-in-law, Amanda & Ashley Gaylor; Brothers-in-law & Sisters-in-law, J.P. & Renee Blair of Maryville Rick & Connie Blair of Maryville; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; Grandparents, Dot & Oneil Cooke. Funeral service will be at7:30 PM, Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. John Whitehead and Rev. Gary Holly officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Mt. Zion Cemetery for the interment.
