Mayford Jack Lambert

Mayford "Jack" Lambert age 92 of Maryville passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church and retired from Story Brothers Heavy Equipment. Preceded in death by: Parents, James & Mary Lambert; 1st Wife & Mother of his children, Nola Mae Key; 2nd wife, Cecil Burchfield Everett. Survivors include: Son, Larry D. Lambert of New Market, TN; Daughters and Son-in-law, Jean & Joe Sutton of Maryville and Pat Whitfield of Kingsport, TN; Grandchildren, Steve Sutton, Cindy Long, Stephanie Blair, Greg Whitfield, Beth Childress, Jennifer Wonn, Jamie Lambert, Lori Cutshall; 20 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters in law, Gladys McKinsey and Barbara Rusterholz; Special nephew & wife, Billy & Diane Lambert; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Adrian Jones and Rev. George Macht officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 31, 2007 at Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Friendsville for the interment.
