Mary E. Weathers

Mary Weathers age 90 of Maryville passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church where she was active on various work committees. Mary enjoyed hiking in the Smokies, walking with friends in the park, reading, and attending church. She was originally from Charleston, SC. Preceded in death by her husband, John William Weathers, her parents, and her brother. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Barry and Nancy Weathers, and Richard and Rosemarie Weathers; grandchildren, Jason Weathers, Amy Myers, Kathleen Young, Erin Weathers, and Jessica Parry; two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Pastor Laura Rasor officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
